Been a customer for years. Their customer service has exceeded our expectations once again. Unable to get my vehicle after service due to surgery, they dropped it at my house. Very appreciative of their help.

Had regular oil change on my 2009 Mazda 6 with 181k miles. All went well as the air filter was replaced. Pohlman's had recommended new tires on my other vehicle. So, I did some research and found a set that looked good and had VG reviews. I asked about them and Pohlman's told me that a customer really liked these tires until about 30k miles, and then the tires were not very good (feathered). So, Pohlman's recommended another tire manufacturers product, printed out a rebate for me and also an estimate for purchase and tire installation. Appreciate these guys. Highly recommended.

Came with bolt in my tire . They fixed my problem with no time and got me back on road asap .

I used Eric’s (now Pohlman’s) almost 10 years ago and they really impressed me then. I moved away and recently came back to the area. After having issues with two different Honda dealerships and another independent shop, I decided to try Pohlman’s again even though they are 30 minutes from home. They were able to diagnose the problem immediately and repair it within a couple of hours. I am very happy with the service, the repair and the cost. It is well worth a 30 minute drive and the cost. I would recommend them to anyone in my family, circle of friends and community. I am a retired machine repairman, and although not a specialist in car mechanics, I do know good work when I see it. Kudos to good customer service and quality work.

My service was on time and completed within the time frame they told me. They were cheaper than the bigger stores that sell the same services as well.
