I took a car in I was thinking of purchasing and so glad I did. The guys did a thorough job and got me in the same day. Needless to say they found several problems and saved me from making a costly mistake! I would definitely use them again! Friendly staff!

I’ve taken my vehicle here multiple times, both for small and large repairs; each experience has been a great one! Very reasonable pricing paired with fast and efficient service. When it comes to vehicle maintenance in the city of Hamilton, Pohlman’s comes out on top! Highly recommend

Fast, friendly, good pricing maybe even better than the rest.
I got break pads, rotors, an oil change, a new battery, plus wherever inspection they do.
Called the day before, they said they’d squeeze me in next day, dropped off at 10am picked up around 1pm

I had the pleasure of meeting ⭐️Matt⭐️who was kind and very informative.

But I think the coolest part of it all was that they have a shop car and offer rides while you wait (didn’t use this service but still thought it was cool.) ANNNND they have a website with PHOTO updates on your car so you can see what they see!! I’ve been to several different shops and have never seen them offer options like these. Very impressed. Thank you Pohlman’s auto!!

I was visiting family in the Hamilton Oh area. While taking my grandkids to school, I noticed a front headlamp was out. I called Pohlman’s and inquired about a repair. They had a replacement bulb and advised they could repair the light. 20 minutes later Iwas on my way. Great service, very friendly, reasonable prices! Very good experience.

They guys were so very nice and was able to save me some money on an otherwise costly repair. I also loved that after I dropped the car off they drove me home and then picked me up after they finished working on the car. I greatly appreciate them and my car sounds wonderful!

Had regular oil change on my 2009 Mazda 6 with 181k miles. All went well as the air filter was replaced. Pohlman's had recommended new tires on my other vehicle. So, I did some research and found a set that looked good and had VG reviews. I asked about them and Pohlman's told me that a customer really liked these tires until about 30k miles, and then the tires were not very good (feathered). So, Pohlman's recommended another tire manufacturers product, printed out a rebate for me and also an estimate for purchase and tire installation. Appreciate these guys. Highly recommended.

I used Eric’s (now Pohlman’s) almost 10 years ago and they really impressed me then. I moved away and recently came back to the area. After having issues with two different Honda dealerships and another independent shop, I decided to try Pohlman’s again even though they are 30 minutes from home. They were able to diagnose the problem immediately and repair it within a couple of hours. I am very happy with the service, the repair and the cost. It is well worth a 30 minute drive and the cost. I would recommend them to anyone in my family, circle of friends and community. I am a retired machine repairman, and although not a specialist in car mechanics, I do know good work when I see it. Kudos to good customer service and quality work.
